Andreas Feiner has been appointed Head of NORD/LB’s Capital Markets business

Effective January 1, 2026, Andreas Feiner will take over as Head of Capital Markets at NORD/LB. The 47-year-old business economist joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he most recently served as Equity Partner, member of the leadership team of the Sustainability practice, and member of the Delivery Board of the Consulting Solutions platform. He will report to Ingrid Spletter-Weiß, Member of the Managing Board of NORD/LB, and takes over the role following the handover from Martin Hartmann, who has decided to leave the bank.

Andreas Feiner brings extensive experience in sales and capital markets, having held various senior positions at Barclays Capital and WestLB. He also co-founded the successful companies Arabesque Asset Management and ESG Book. At PwC, his work focused on advising clients on data, technology, and financing the energy transition. In addition, he possesses profound expertise to develop capital market businesses.

NORD/LB’s Capital Markets business offers a comprehensive range of capital markets products to institutional clients. The division also structured bespoke securitization transactions and places bonds for European financial institutions and selected public-sector issuers.
