Jörg Frischholz, born in 1976 in Hagen (North Rhine-Westphalia), has been Chief Executive Officer of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 1 January 2022.
He is responsible for Chief of Staff, Group Communications & Research, Human Resources, Legal & Executive Office, Audit, Structured Finance, Syndications & Investment Solutions and Commercial Real Estate Deutsche Hypo. He is also responsible for UK, US and Netherlands Relationships with the foreign branches in London and New York as well as a representative office in Amsterdam.

Jasper Hanebuth, born in Bremen in 1978, has been a member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NORD/LB since 1 July 2024. He is responsible for Treasury, Strategic Finance, Group Reporting and Group Cost Management. Additionally, Hanebuth is also responsible for the relationship with Asia in Singapore and he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Öffentliche Versicherung Braunschweig, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NORD/LB Covered

Dr Christoph Auerbach, born in Mainz in 1977, is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has been a member of the Board of Management of NORD/LB in Hanover since 1 April 2025. He is responsible for IT, Business Management & Operations (BMO), Data Insights and Transformation & Business Services.

Ingrid Spletter-Weiß, born in 1966 in Wolfenbüttel (Lower Saxony), has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hannover since 1 December 2021.
She is responsible for the Corporate Customers and Savings Bank Network, Markets and Private & Business Customers (BLSK). She is also responsible for the relationship with Saxony-Anhalt.

Christoph Dieng, born in 1967 in Bad Schussenried, has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 3 February 2017.
As Chief Risk Officer (CRO), he is responsible for credit risk management, special credit & valuation, risk controlling and compliance & security. In addition, he is responsible for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Development Institute and for Relationships Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nord/LB Covered Bond Bank in Luxembourg.
