Jörg Frischholz, born in 1976 in Hagen (North Rhine-Westphalia), has been Chair of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 1 January 2022.
He is responsible for Corporate Development, Legal Department and Office of the Managing Board, Group Organisation/HR, Auditing, Structured Finance and Aviation Finance & Investment Solutions. He is also responsible for UK Relationships with the London Branch and for Americas Relationships with the New York Branch.
Christoph Dieng, born in 1967 in Bad Schussenried, has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 3 February 2017.
As Chief Risk Officer (CRO), he is responsible for credit risk management, special credit and portfolio optimization, risk controlling and research. In addition, he is responsible for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Development Institute and for Relationships Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nord/LB Covered Bond Bank in Luxembourg.
Christoph Schulz, born in 1960 in Hamburg, has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 1 September 2006.
He is responsible for the private and commercial customers (NORD/LB), Deutsche Hypo and Relationship Amsterdam. Schulz is also Chair of the Managing Board at Braunschweigische Landessparkasse (BLSK).
Olof Seidel, born in 1968 in Tuttlingen (Baden-Württemberg), has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 1 January 2020.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), he is responsible for the business management & operations, credit services retail, bank management/finances, group IT and compliance/group security segments. Seidel is also responsible for the NORD/LB 2024 transformation programme and for Relationship Asia with the foreign branch in Singapore.
Ingrid Spletter-Weiß, born in 1966 in Wolfenbüttel (Lower Saxony), has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hannover since 01.12.2021. She is responsible for the Corporate and savings banks network Customers, Treasury and Markets segments. She is also responsible for the relationships with Saxony-Anhalt and for the Asia relationship with the foreign branch in Singapore.
