Data required to display the webiste and ensure its stability and security

The following technically necessary data is processed when using the website for information purposes only:

The processing of the mentioned data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of NORD/LB on the basis of a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1(f) of GDPR. In the event of unlawful use of this website, this data is also used to clarify any potential legal breach.

We also evaluate this information for statistical purposes and to improve this website, without creating personal user profiles. The individual user remains anonymous in any case.

Personal data is only collected if you expressly provide it to us, e.g. when you use online banking and brokerage, when you conclude a product contract, when you send an e-mail form, when you subscribe to our newsletter, when you apply online or when you order online in our Internet shop. In the case of online banking and brokerage, product conclusion and online application, the data is transmitted in encrypted form to prevent misuse by third parties. We use a transmission method based on the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The data traffic between your browser and our server is thus encrypted. In order for the browser you use to transmit data in encrypted form, the SSL security protocol must be activated in the settings.

We will collect, process and use your personal data only for the processing of your orders, inquiries and requests as well as for the protection of our own legitimate business interests with regard to the consultation and support of our customers and the needs-based product design. We expressly point out that all legal regulations are observed.

When handling personal data which you send us with your online application, we observe the provisions of the Lower Saxony Data Protection Act applicable to NORD/LB. Your personal data will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of the specific application procedure and any resulting recruitment. The data will only be made available to authorised persons within NORD/LB. The data will not be passed on to third parties. When data is transmitted electronically, it is encrypted for access. Once the application procedure has been completed in full, including any legal protection, your personal data will be deleted unless they are required for a recruitment. Further processing of the data, such as storage for a further application procedure, will only be carried out with the written consent of the person concerned. When applying online, we provide you with a web-based application on our website from the company PERBILITY GmbH, Starkenfeldstraße 21 in 96050 Bamberg (>privacy notice PERBILITY GmbH), with which you can apply online for specific job offers of our company.

Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

The operator of this website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and within the framework of Google AdWords as a function of Google Analytics the conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
