Emergency plan in accordance with Article 28 (2) of the Benchmark Regulation (BMR)
In accordance with Article 28 (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (so-called reference value regulation), NORD/LB disposes of sustainable, written plan (emergency schedule) in the event that a reference value that has been a standard is no longer used or changes significantly.
