Data required to display the webiste and ensure its stability and security
The following technically necessary data is processed when using the website for information purposes only:

The processing of the mentioned data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of NORD/LB on the basis of a balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1(f) of GDPR. In the event of unlawful use of this website, this data is also used to clarify any potential legal breach.
We also evaluate this information for statistical purposes and to improve this website, without creating personal user profiles. The individual user remains anonymous in any case.

When handling personal data which you send us with your online application, we observe the provisions of the Lower Saxony Data Protection Act applicable to NORD/LB. Your personal data will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of the specific application procedure and any resulting recruitment. The data will only be made available to authorised persons within NORD/LB. The data will not be passed on to third parties. When data is transmitted electronically, it is encrypted for access. Once the application procedure has been completed in full, including any legal protection, your personal data will be deleted unless they are required for a recruitment. Further processing of the data, such as storage for a further application procedure, will only be carried out with the written consent of the person concerned.
