Real Estate The syndication team for real estate plays a key role in Commercial Real Estate Financing, particularly in collaboration with Deutsche Hypo – Nord/LB Real Estate Finance. The team's core tasks include all syndication activities and it also serves as the central point of contact for participation enquiries from syndication partners. Corporate Our syndication team coordinates closely with the borrower to approach and engage with syndication partners for Corporate Financings, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), and Acquisition Financing. We are available throughout the entire process to address all implementation questions and topics.
