They are supplemented with selected key figures and investment recommendations concerning the most important public limited companies.
Asset allocation provides basic structures for investment advice, which develops based on the capital market theory several model portfolios with the asset classes:
- real estate
- and liquidity
which are tailored to the various risk profiles of private customers.
Modular investment process tailored to your needs.
NORD/LB provides comprehensive support for you as savings banks in your individual investment process in the sale of securities. It offers you several products for this which efficiently make up the asset advice in an integrated framework. The product range includes the asset structure analysis (asset check-up), the recommendation at individual security level (BIS.on) which complies with the Securities Trading Act and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, and portfolio management (WebDepot) with the individual customer. More than 100 savings banks are already using NORD/LB's products in this regard.
The modular structure of the products allows you to select a range of products from NORD/LB's product portfolio to suit your needs.
A solid spectrum.
The aim of Vermögens CheckUp (asset check-up) is to strategically optimise the entire assets on the basis of asset classes. In addition to the traditional asset classes of shares, fixed-interest securities, real estate and liquidity/bank deposits, the asset check-up also includes additional sensible asset classes such as investments, endowment policies, hedge funds and commodities in the asset optimisation.
Your customers receive clear recommendations for these forms of investment with the aim of balancing imbalances in order to reduce the risk to your investments or make use of potential opportunities for your assets.
NORD/LB's asset check-up provides your bank and your customers with:
- Holistic Solutions for a sensible spread of your client’s private assets
- Answers to the question whether your customer’s assets have been allocated correctly in the ever-changing markets
- An asset structure that reflects personal investment goals
A well-founded base.
The asset check-up is based on the portfolio theory of the Nobel Prize winner Prof. Harry Markowitz. On this basis, our optimisation proposal takes into account the risk and return (fluctuation) of the investment categories.By way of preparation, an assessment of your customer's personal risk profile needs to be made and records of the current assets need to be gathered. This is done in a face-to-face meeting between your customer adviser and the customer. This not only results in the assignment of the relevant risk profile, but also establishes the current risk/return relationship of the investment.
Specific and uncomplicated.
Based upon this, our specialists perform the optimisation process. Here the current risk/return relationship of the portfolio is improved, the investments are diversified and cluster risks are avoided.Taking into account his current situation, personal investment mentality and life plans, your customer obtains a deposit structure which is tailored to his needs and has been optimised using scientific, Nobel-Prize-winning methods.
