Syndicated loan with the associated savings banks and network savings banks in the guarantor region taking into account the credit decision of the savings bank as "first vote", NORD/LB credit decision by the market division:
- total NORD/LB exposure <= EUR 5,000,000 (no other credit exposure)
- finance & end rating <=10
- savings bank holds at least 50% of the overall exposure
- savings bank must already have approved the loan application
